Hello and Welcome!

 I'm Lisa. I'm very successful in helping to remove a variety of unhelpful suffering including anxiety, PTSD, fears or phobias, low self-esteem, and fatigue. You don't have to live in the past or continue to experience unwanted thoughts, memories, or worries for the future.

I am dedicated to the happiness, peace of mind and personal growth of men, women and children.
My approach is 
open and honest, tailoring each session for efficient, effective and lasting change.
The work is centred on the individual and uses a no-nonsense (sometimes provocative) and slightly unconventional approach. I am here to help you make a positive change in your life - and that means doing things differently.

Change 

I'll help you to understand yourself - your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and where you would like to be. My help doesn't need your history, stories or personal interpretations on what 'stuff' means.

I will enable you to develop your own resources to overcome the issues that bother you,

developing new and practical ways to build your resilience for life in the future. 

 

Informal and Safe 

All sessions are informal and relaxed in a safe private space.

Sessions may involve a mixture of methodologies to achieve the desired result.

Ethos and Who? 

My ethos is making therapy approachable, efficient, and effective.

I work with any age with a client base averaging 60% female and 40% male.
 

Timescale & Investment 

My aim is to get you where you want to be as soon as possible. To do this I ask you to complete and return a form before your session takes place, this maximising our session time for full use of therapy, not filling forms in. You will typically only need to see me 1 - 4 times maximum for most cases, each session will last as long as it takes to get the desired change 

Maintenance appointments are optional and last around 90 minutes
